How visitor information submitted through JordanCamWalker.com is handled.
Information we collect
Forms may collect your name, email, phone, city/state, organization, interests, and message. We ask visitors not to submit highly sensitive personal records through ordinary website forms.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to inquiries, manage volunteer/partner interest, provide launch updates, and administer Foundation relationships. We do not sell visitor information.
Children's privacy
Public website forms are intended for adults. Parents/guardians should not submit a child's sensitive information through general forms. Separate secure program procedures should be used when youth programs become operational.
Security
No website transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. The launch site minimizes requested data and stores submissions in a server folder blocked from public web access. For a production launch, the Foundation should use SSL/HTTPS, strong hosting credentials, backups, limited administrative access, and a secure CRM or form service as volume grows.
